Filmed around the 1977 Edinburgh Film FestivaI, Long Shot is a deadpan satire about the triaIs and tribuIations of British independent filmmaking, with terrific cameos from Charles Gormley, Wim Wenders, Susannah York, Stephen Frears, AIan Bennett and John Boorman.
